Location. Hotel Girasole is a modern family run hotel with views of Vesuvius situated 500 metres from the beach, 800 metres from the centre of Sorrento and eight kilometres from Capri. Naples Airport is 45 kilometres from the hotel with an approximate driving time of 60 minutes.
Hotel Features. The outdoor pool is surrounded by terraces dotted with sun beds and umbrellas. The poolside bar offers a range of drinks as well as snacks including local favourites, sandwiches, homemade cakes and ice cream. Further amenities include a 24 hour front desk, room service and complimentary parking.
Guestrooms. The 39 air conditioned guestrooms have colour coordinated fabrics, tiled floors and bamboo furnishings. All guestrooms open on to balconies and include cable television, climate control, desks with direct dial phones, and bathrooms with hair dryers.
Expert Tip. Travellers will find Sorrento centre 800 metres away. The lanes of the old city remain untouched with their churches, ancient monasteries, old palaces and the 14th century Cloister of San Francesco. The beautiful island of Capri is eight kilometres away and famous for its grottoes and Roman villas.

Getting there. Buses run from the airport to Naples train station and the port (Piazza Municipio) and also to Sorrento. The nearest train station to the hotel is Sant'Agnello 700 metres away. Taxis are also available from the airport and cost approximately 75 EUR to the hotel.
