Location.Set amid lush greenery, the Hotel Tigaki's Star is a modern Mediterranean hotel with a gleaming white fa�ade. It is located 500 metres from the beach and 10 kilometres from the centre of Kos. Kos Airport is situated 25 kilometres away, and takes approximately 20 minutes to reach by car.
Hotel Features.Guests can start the day with a buffet breakfast in the modern breakfast room which opens out to a veranda, and go for a refreshing dip in the outdoor pool with adjacent taverna, offering traditional Greek snacks and housing a television with satellite channels. There is also a children's play area, a lounge room, a 24 hour front desk and a safe deposit box.
Guestrooms.The 73 guestrooms, over one floor, feature modern Mediterranean decor and extend to balconies. Amenities include televisions, telephones and clock radios.
Expert Tip. Nissiros, eight kilometres from the hotel, is a small volcanic Greek island. The island is a popular tourist destination, characterised by traditional villages and boasting city walls dating from the fifth century BC. The island is also home to a health spa with sulphurous waters.
