Location. St Christopher's @ The Bauhaus is a budget backpackers' hostel housed in typically handsome Belgian townhouse sited in the centre of the historic city of Bruges. The Folklore Museum is 350 metres from the hotel and Burg Square, Bruges' main meeting place, is 700 metres away. Brussels International Airport is 90 kilometres away, with an approximate driving time of one hour.
Hotel Features. St Christopher's @ The Bauhaus's air conditioned public areas are equipped with wireless Internet access (surcharge), the lobby features a television and complimentary newspapers, and the hostel also includes a games room. The front desk offers a safe deposit box, and multilingual staff are on hand to offer advice on touring and sightseeing in Bruges and beyond.
The relaxed, informal Bauhaus Bar serves traditional Flemish dishes, pizza, pasta and local beers and features sports on the big screen and a shrine to the patron saint of travellers, St Christopher.

Expert Tip.Climb the 83 metre Bell Tower in the Grote Markt (market square); its 366 steps have a tilt of one metre, resulting in a strangely disorientating climb rewarded by amazing views.
